Welcome to the Orange County Convention Center. Centerplate is the exclusive provider of food and beverage services at the Orange County Convention Center. Our team of food and beverage professionals will design a food and beverage program to accommodate all of your food and beverage needs for show management, exhibitors and attendees.

Let us put over 80 years of food and beverage experience at 300+ venues across North America and the United Kingdom to make your show the best food and beverage experience ever!

Our Catering Sales team will assist you with your hosted catered events from start to finish. Our Executive Chef will be glad to suggest menus tailored especially for your group and budget.

Our Retail team will design cash sales for your attendees to best accommodate the traffic flow throughout your show space with a selection of over 40 different food concepts located in our food courts, concourses or on the exhibit floor.

Exhibitors are able to make food and beverage selections from menus especially designed for exhibit booths and receive assistance from our dedicated booth catering sales personnel with any special requests.

Centerplate is committed to conducting business in a manner that will help to preserve our environment. We look to source local products, use environmentally friendly chemicals, offer 100% bio-degradable products whenever possible, create healthy sustainable menus as well as participate in all recycling programs at the Center. Viable surplus food products are donated to local food banks in efforts to support those in need and reduce any wastes diverted to landfills.
